Had a diabetic check with the nurse at the new practice. She still hasnt got my history so I gave her a quick run down. She was amazed and pleasantly surprised by the before and after pictures. My weight has definitely stalled 85.6 but round my belly button has gone from 50 to 41 inches. So I may not losing actual weight it is moving around. She was pleased I was going to Elderfit classes.
